Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced Payroll Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail‑oriented, and capable of balancing administrative responsibilities with employee support and compliance initiatives. This individual will play a key role in ensuring accurate and timely payroll processing while serving as a trusted resource for employee payroll‑related questions and maintaining compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local regulations.

Responsibilities

• Process payroll accurately and timely for employees across multiple locations and states.
• Maintain payroll records and resolve payroll‑related discrepancies.
• Administer employee benefits programs and coordinate open enrollment activities.
• Manage employee status changes, compensation updates, and deductions.
• Partner with leadership and finance teams to ensure payroll accuracy and reporting.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 2–3 years of payroll experience.
• Experience processing payroll for multi‑site, multi‑location, or multi‑unit organizations.
• Strong understanding of payroll administration, wage‑and‑hour regulations, and employment compliance requirements.
• Experience maintaining confidential employee records and HR documentation.
• Proficiency with HRIS and payroll systems.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to work independently while supporting multiple business units and leaders.
