We are looking for an HR Administrator to join our Regional Center of Excellence team (RCoE) and deliver high-quality, detailed human resources administration services. This role supports the Employee Lifecycle experience by collaborating closely with internal stakeholders to ensure efficient, compliant, and accurate processes that align with Epiroc’s business objectives and values. The candidate can be based in either Garland, TX or Broomfield, CO, and the role operates in a hybrid work environment.

Responsibilities

  • Timely processing of incoming HR Administrative service tickets within the HR RCoE Service Desk Portal.
  • Maintain accurate HR master data in HRIS and payroll systems for the full employee lifecycle, including Global Mobility and acquisitions.
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for HR Administrative-related inquiries.
  • Provide super-user support for Regional HR Systems and escalate system issues to the Global CoE as needed.
  • Collaborate professionally with HR colleagues locally, regionally, and globally under the “One HR” philosophy.
  • Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and Company HR reporting requirements, including federal contractor government reporting and Company Monthly/Quarterly People Management Reporting.
  • Generate ad-hoc reports for internal stakeholders as needed.
  • Process quarterly anniversary reports and coordinate with an external vendor for the Company Anniversary Award program, including invoice processing.
  • Support HR Administration projects and continuous improvement initiatives with organized follow-up, cross-functional coordination, and attention to detail.
  • Assist with system testing for upgrades and rollouts.
  • Review and update documentation per the Integrated Management System (IMS) and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
  • Participate in audits and self-audit HRIS systems for data accuracy.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field preferred; equivalent experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience working in HR administration, preferably in a multinational or large organization.
  • Working knowledge of U.S. federal, state, and local employment laws and HR compliance requirements; awareness of data privacy standards such as GDPR preferred.
  • Experience in processing federal contractor government reporting.
  • Experience with digital HR processes and cloud-based systems (e.g., SuccessFactors, HR-plus, Oracle).
  • Proficient in Microsoft 365 and CRMs (e.g., ServiceNow).
  • Strong Excel skills and analytical/problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Proactive, organized, and able to work independently while contributing positively to a collaborative team environment.
  • Occasional travel may be required.
