Roseville, MN (Onsite) $60,000 - $75,000/year Are you an experienced payroll professional looking for a hands-on role where you can take ownership of the payroll process? We are partnering with a well-established and growing organization seeking a Payroll Administrator to support payroll operations for a multi-state workforce. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working independently, solving payroll issues, and ensuring employees are paid accurately and on time. What You'll Be Doing Process weekly payroll for approximately 370 employees across multiple statesReview timesheets, earnings, deductions, benefits, and garnishments for accuracyMaintain employee payroll records and process payroll-related changesRespond to employee and manager payroll questionsAssist with payroll tax compliance and payroll reportingPrepare payroll-related journal entries and support account reconciliationsReview payroll data and identify discrepancies before payroll submissionSupport year-end payroll activities, audits, and reporting requirementsPartner with HR and Accounting to ensure payroll accuracy and compliance What We're Looking For 3+ years of payroll experienceExperience processing multi-state payroll preferredKnowledge of payroll taxes, garnishments, deductions, and payroll complianceExperience with payroll systems such as ADP, Paylocity, UKG, or similar platformsIntermediate Excel skillsStrong attention to detail and problem-solving abilitiesAbility to manage deadlines and work independently Preferred Paylocity experienceCPP certificationAccounting or payroll reconciliation experience #INOCT2026
