About the role
As a Payroll Administrator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our payroll processes run efficiently. You will provide essential support to our Americas Payroll Team and contribute to the overall wellbeing of our employees. Responsibilities
- Pick up and distribute mail weekly.
- Process garnishments and notarizations as necessary.
- Ensure garnishment checks are notarized and mailed out biweekly.
- Assist with weekly 401(k) audits.
- Review weekly benefit arrears and add to payroll as necessary.
- Perform monthly deduction audits and process arrears.
- Monitor new hires and complete ADP set-up.
- Monitor and respond to the payroll inbox.
- Prepare terminations and ad-hoc wire payments.
- Prepare post-payroll reports.
Requirements
- A minimum of 2+ years of US payroll processing experience.
- Hands-on experience supporting payroll operations.
- Ability to complete assigned tasks with minimal daily instruction, seeking mentorship on newly introduced tasks.
- Ability to meet a constant stream of deadlines.
- High adaptability and flexibility.
- Clear and effective communication in both speaking and writing.
- Good judgment, analytical, and problem-solving skills within established payroll procedures.
- Ability to work as an effective teammate.
- High degree of integrity and ability to deliver high-quality customer service while maintaining collaborative working relationships.
- Diligent, with the ability to maintain confidentiality in a professional manner.

Pay
Pay range: $19.50 - $35.93 per hour. Our goal is to pay a market competitive salary focusing near the median of our pay ranges. Final offers will be based on experience level, education, skills, work location, and internal pay equity.
