Payor Application Spec

Responsibilities

• Adheres to departmental and organizational policies.
• Accurately uses the Kronos system to record work hours.
• Reports and records exceptions to supervisor.
• Displays qualities defined by AIDET, ACTIONS, and the Pardee Pillars for excellent customer service.
• Implements the physician enrollment and credentialing process for payor vendors.
• Maintains timelines on enrollment/credentialing schedules.
• Communicates with providers and other departments to update enrollment and credentialing as needed.
• Clarifies carrier information requirements and maintains confidentiality.
• Reviews new client packets for enrollment issues.
• Responds to internal and external inquiries on routine enrollment and contract matters.
• Maintains license expiration for clinicians.
• Works collaboratively with departments on enrollment and credentialing specifications.
• Develops and maintains necessary enrollment documentation for all Pardee/UNC entities.
• Participates in Epic Optimization opportunities.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications
