Payments-USD Clearing Product Delivery-Executive Director
Job Responsibilities
Directs principal activities across the end-to-end product delivery journey including intake, dependency management, release management, product operationalization, delivery feasibility decision-making, and product performance reporting, while highlighting opportunities to improve efficiencies and functional coordination.
Owns the change management framework across functional partners and ensures adherence to the firm's risk, controls, compliance, and regulatory requirements.
Maintains a high level of visibility over product timelines and dependencies while monitoring blockers, ensuring adequate resourcing, and liaising with stakeholders and functional partners.
Coaches and mentors the product delivery team on best practices through collaborative discussions on resource management, dependency management, and deployment techniques to improve efficiencies.
Partners with Product Management, Client Service, Implementations, and Operations to capture requirements, map pain points, and translate them into prioritized product outcomes.
Produces product & design artifacts: BRDs/epics, journey maps, workflow diagrams, operating model changes, and client-facing value propositions.
Owes delivery for roadmap initiatives: scope, milestones, dependencies, resourcing, and release planning.
Ensures end-to-end delivery across technology and operational teams, including integration, testing strategy environment readiness.
Sure solutions support full payments lifecycle: initiation, validation/enrichment, routing, screening, posting/settlement, reconciliation, reporting, returns, investigations, and client notification.
Required Qualifications, Capabilities, And Skills
- 8+ years of experience or equivalent expertise delivering products, projects, or technology applications
- Extensive experience leading operational management and change readiness
- Advanced knowledge of the product development life cycle, technical design, and data analytics
- Strong understanding of delivery and a proven track record of implementing continuous improvement processes
- Strong knowledge of payments rails and operating models (e.g., Wires, RTP/FedNow, Swift/cross-border, treasury payment APIs)
- Demonstrated ability to lead in a matrixed, regulated environment with senior stakeholder management
- Experience partnering with engineering teams on solution design, delivery planning, and production launch readiness
