Responsibilities

• Perform daily financial transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, and loan payments.
• Assist members with account inquiries and provide exceptional customer service.
• Maintain accurate records of all transactions and ensure compliance with federal regulations.
• Promote credit union products and services to members.
• Participate in community outreach and financial literacy programs.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor’s degree in finance, business, or related field preferred.
• Previous experience in banking, customer service, or financial services is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
• Proficiency in basic computer applications and financial software.
