HybridContract
We need to output HTML fragment with sections: headings for sections like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include sections that have real specific content. We must not repeat job title. Must not include Job ID etc. Remove boilerplate. Must preserve all substantive info.
We need to parse the posting.
Let's extract content:
- Intro about Kestra: repeated paragraph about experience, founded 2014, solutions, etc. That's about the company. Could be "About the role"? Actually "About the role" is typical heading for description of role. But we have description of company and role. Could treat as "About the role" or "About the company". The instruction says use headings for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). So we can use "About the role" for the description of the role and company. We'll include that.
- Then "The ASSURE Patient Specialist (APS) conducts patient fitting activities..." That's role description. Could be part of About the role.
- Then "We have an opening in Seattle, WA/ King County. This is a paid per fitting position." That's location and pay type. Pay: "paid per fitting position". That's pay info. Could be Pay section.
- Then "ESSENTIAL DUTIES" list bullet points.
- Then "COMPETENCIES" list bullet points (these could be Skills or Qualifications). Might be Skills.
- Then "REQUIREMENTS:" list bullet points (Education/Experience Required etc). That's Requirements.
- Then "Preferred:" list bullet points (knowledge of MS Office etc). Could be Qualifications or Preferred qualifications.
- Then "WORK ENVIRONMENT" bullet points.
- Then "PHYSICAL DEMANDS" bullet points.
- Then "TRAVEL" bullet.
- Then "OTHER DUTIES:" note about job description not comprehensive.
- Then EEO statement (should be removed as boilerplate). Also "Kestra Medical Technologies, Inc does not discriminate..." that's EEO, remove.
We need to include sections only when there is real specific content. So we can have:

We need to include sections only when there is real specific content. So we can have:
About the role
with paragraph(s) describing Kestra and role.
Responsibilities
with the essential duties list.
Requirements
with the Requirements list.
Qualifications
maybe combine Preferred and maybe Competencies? But Competencies could be Skills. The instruction includes Skills heading. So we could have Skills
for Competencies list.
Qualifications could be Preferred qualifications (knowledge of MS Office etc). Or we could treat "Preferred:" as Qualifications.
We also have Work Environment, Physical Demands, Travel. Those could be under a section like "Working Conditions" but not in allowed headings. Allowed headings list includes Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Not Work Environment etc. So we might need to incorporate those details into existing sections or maybe drop them? The instruction: "Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones." It didn't say we cannot add other headings besides the list; it says use for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). The e.g. suggests those are examples, but we should likely stick to those headings. It says "use for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule)." That implies we should use those headings for sections; we could also use other headings if needed? Probably better to stick to those.
Thus we need to map content to those headings.
We have:
- About the role: company overview + role description.
- Responsibilities: essential duties.
- Requirements: required education/experience etc.
- Qualifications: preferred qualifications (knowledge of MS Office, direct cardiac patient care experience etc). Could also include competencies? But we have Skills heading for competencies.
- Skills: competencies list.
- Benefits: not explicitly mentioned. There's "Flexibility of work schedule and competitive pay provided" under essential duties? Actually that line appears in essential duties list: "Flexibility of work schedule and competitive pay provided". That's a benefit? Could be considered Benefits. Also maybe "Paid per fitting position" is pay. So we can have Pay section: "Paid per fitting position". Benefits: maybe "Flexibility of work schedule". Could also include "competitive pay". But Pay already covers pay. Benefits could be "Flexibility of work schedule". However we need to ensure we don't create sections with filler like "not specified". We have actual content.
- Schedule: maybe "Flexibility of work schedule" could be schedule. But we already used that for benefits. Could separate: Pay: "Paid per fitting position". Schedule: "Flexibility of work schedule". Benefits: maybe none else. Could also include "competitive pay" under Pay.
We also have travel requirements etc. Could be part of Responsibilities or maybe under a generic section but not allowed. Could incorporate into Responsibilities as part of duties (travel). Indeed essential duties include travel to hospitals etc. So we can keep that.
Physical demands etc could be part of Responsibilities as well (maybe under a sublist). But we can keep them in Responsibilities as bullet points.
Thus we will produce sections:

Requirements
with list from REQUIREMENTS: Education/Experience Required etc. We need to capture each bullet. Let's extract: - 1 year in a paid patient care experience (not as a family care giver) - Clinical or engineering background which may include but is not limited to nurses, cardiac device sales representatives, clinical engineers, catheterization lab technicians, physician assistants, or ECG technicians. - Disclosure of personal NPI number (if applicable) - Completion of background check. - Florida and Ohio must complete a level 2 screening paid for by Kestra. - Ability to pay for vendor credentialing upfront during a 90-day probationary period - Experience in patient and/or clinician education - Valid driver’s license in state of residence with a good driving record - Ability to consistently work in the field in and around the region. - Disclosures are required for any potential relationships and referral sources - Must be able to achieve credentialing for hospital system entry including, but not limited to: - Documentation of vaccination and immunization status - Pass background check - Pass drug screening testing - Review and agree to hospital policies and procedures - Completion of online courses, i.e., HIPAA, Bloodborne Pathogens and Electrical/Fire Safety We need to preserve all. We'll format as- each.
Then
Qualifications
for Preferred: Knowledge of MS Office, Excel, PowerPoint, MS Teams; Direct cardiac patient care experience – RN, RT, CVIS, Paramedic, CRM. We could also include other preferred items? That's it. ThenSkills
for Competencies list. Extract competencies: - Passion: Contagious excitement about the company – sense of urgency. We'll put each as - .
Then
Pay
maybe: "Paid per fitting position". Also "competitive pay provided" already in responsibilities but we can mention. We'll output:Paid per fitting position.
ThenSchedule
: "Flexibility of work schedule". Could also mention ability to accept assignments that could include daytime, evening, weekend hours. That's schedule. We'll output:Flexibility of work schedule, including daytime, evening, and weekend assignments.
Benefits: maybe none else. Could omit Benefits section if no specific content beyond pay and schedule. But we have "competitive pay provided" which is pay. So we can skip Benefits. We must not include sections with filler. So we will not include Benefits. Now ensure we removed boilerplate: repeated intro paragraphs duplicated; we need to include only once. Also remove duplicated lines like "The Kestra team has over 400 years of experience..." appears twice; we keep once. Also remove EEO statement at end. Also remove "OTHER DUTIES: This job description is not designed to cover..." maybe we can keep as part of Responsibilities? It's a note that duties may change. Could be included as a responsibility bullet. But it's generic; maybe we can keep as a bullet under Responsibilities. It's substantive: says duties may change. We'll include. Now produce HTML. Let's craft About the role paragraph: Combine: "The Kestra team has over 400 years of experience in the external and internal cardiac medical device markets. The company was founded in 2014 by industry leaders inspired by the opportunity to unite modern wearable technologies with proven device therapies. Kestra’s solutions combine high quality and technical performance with a wearable design that provides the greatest regard for patient comfort and dignity. Innovating versatile new ways to deliver care, Kestra is helping patients and their care teams harmoniously monitor, manage, and protect life. The ASSURE Patient Specialist (APS) conducts patient fitting activities in support of the sales organization and the team of Regional Clinical Advisors (RCA). The APS will serve as the local patient care representative to provide effective and efficient patient fittings. We have an opening in Seattle, WA/ King County." That's good. Now produce final HTML.
