About the Opportunity
The Patient Services Specialist - Patient Engagement plays a critical role in guiding patients through the health system by providing personalized support. This position ensures patients receive coordinated access to services, assists with scheduling and technical support, and serves as a key point of contact, enhancing patient experience and operational efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Provide patient-centered coordination within complex healthcare networks
- Affiliate patients in finding physicians and scheduling appointments or classes
- Offer tier 1 technical support related to patient health applications
- Act as an informational resource and entry point for patients into the health system
- Foster and maintain relationships with current and prospective patients
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years customer service experience, preferably in healthcare
- At least 2 years engaging customers virtually over the phone
- PREFERRED: 1 year technical support experience
Pay Range and Compensation Package
