About the role

Join our team to collaborate with highly skilled subspecialists and provide for patients with a wide range of neurological concerns. Responsibilities

  • Coordinate information and support needed for the flow of patients at our clinics.
  • Provide customer service, helping patients through processes like check-in, registration, billing/financial aide and insurance.
  • Work in conjunction with our clinical teams to assist with scheduling, clinic operations and more.
  • Perform all core front-office functions with increased independence and efficiency.
  • Assist with appointment scheduling for routine and basic healthcare services.
  • Support the care team by demonstrating a commitment to compassionate service, effective communication, and operational excellence.

Requirements

  • 1 year Medical office or related healthcare experience OR 6 months Experience as a Providence employee in an Associate PSS position.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Experience in a medical office setting preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively with patients, families, and colleagues.
  • Basic computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently.

Skills

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.
  • Knowledge of medical terminology and procedures.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

Pay

The successful candidate's placement on the wage range for this position will be determined based upon relevant job experience and other applicable factors. These amounts are the base pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.

Schedule

This role is full-time and works a standard 40-hour week.
