Patient Services Specialist - Administration
About the role
Join Providence and help connect patients to the care they need. As a Patient Services Specialist - Journey Level, you'll provide exceptional customer service and administrative support while making a meaningful impact on the patient experience in a collaborative and mission-driven environment. This role performs all core front-office functions with increased independence and efficiency, including patient registration, appointment scheduling for routine and basic healthcare services, and general clerical duties. As a fully engaged member of the care team, you demonstrate a commitment to compassionate service, effective communication, and operational excellence in support of Providence patients and their families.
Responsibilities

Requirements
- 1 year of medical office or related healthcare experience, OR
- 6 months of experience as a Providence employee in an Associate PSS position.

About The Team
Providence Swedish is the largest not-for-profit healthcare system in the greater Puget Sound area. Pay
The pay range for this position is $23.15 - $34.69 per hour. These amounts are the base pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
Schedule
Full time, Day shift.
