Responsibilities

• Develop and implement programs that promote accessibility and inclusion for children with disabilities.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
• Provide training and resources to staff and community partners on disability rights and best practices.
• Conduct research and analysis to inform policy and program development.
• Maintain relationships with key partners and stakeholders to advance our mission.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Special Education, Public Policy, Social Work).
• Experience working with children with disabilities and/or knowledge of disability rights.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
