Patient Services Representative / Medical Assistant - Part-Time

Join us at our newest Minnesota clinic in Sartell, coming in early August 2026. We are now hiring a Patient Services Representative/Medical Assistant on a part-time basis.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and accurately check them into EHR using established protocols
• Ensure documentation is appropriately completed and patient payment is received per insurance
• Maintain daily schedule and communicate with Physicians and APPs about patient information
• Sanitize exam rooms and equipment after each patient
• Stock and dispose of expired medication from the pharmaceutical closet
• Manage inventory of medical supplies and non-sample pharmaceuticals
• Assist with additional clinic responsibilities as required

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a medical or healthcare setting preferred
• Strong time management and multitasking skills
• Experience with performance-based goals or metrics
• A customer-first mindset and excellent communication skills
• Tech-savvy with experience in Microsoft Office and Electronic Health Records
• A high attention to detail and accuracy
• A problem-solver who thrives in a fast-paced environment
• A positive, team-oriented attitude and strong work ethic
• Valid driver license

Benefits

• Convenient Clinic Hours: Monday - Friday: 8am-4pm
• This is a part-time flex position

Pay

$17.87-$26.81 per hour
