Join us at our newest OH clinic in Grove City, coming in early October 2026. We are now hiring for the following positions:
- Patient Services Representative / Medical Assistant - Part-Time
How You Will Make an Impact
Greet patients and accurately check them into EHR using established protocols.
Ensure documentation is appropriately completed and patient payment is received according to insurance policies.
Maintain daily schedules and communicate with physicians and APPs about patient information before appointments.
Sanitize exam rooms and equipment after each patient and assist with additional clinic responsibilities as required.
What You Bring
- Previous experience in a medical or healthcare setting preferred
- Strong time management and multitasking skills
- Experience with performance-based goals or metrics
- A customer-first mindset and excellent communication skills
- Tech-savvy with experience in Microsoft Office and Electronic Health Records
- A high attention to detail and accuracy
- A problem-solver who thrives in a fast-paced environment
- A positive, team-oriented attitude and strong work ethic
- A valid driver license
