Hillcrest Hospital Claremore is a 49-bed acute care medical center offering a wide range of inpatient and outpatient services, including maternity, cardiology, emergency, orthopedics, alcohol withdrawal stabilization, gastroenterology and surgery.

Responsibilities
- Ensuring patient flow
- Maintaining medical record availability and completeness
- Scheduling physician/provider appointments
- Maintaining physician appointment schedules
- Receiving and greeting patients and visitors
- Ascertaining their needs and assisting them in a timely and courteous manner
- Answering telephone promptly in a customer-friendly manner
- Collecting and verifying accurate patient information and entering into registration system
- Collecting payment for services and correctly completing charge slips for data entry
