Patient Services Rep
About the Role
This is a multi-faceted, day shift, full-time Patient Services Rep (PSR) position in Claremore, OK. Responsibilities include customer service, insurance verification, registration, payment collection, data entry, and referrals. You will ensure patient flow, medical record availability and completeness, schedule physician/provider appointments, and maintain physician appointment schedules. You will greet patients and visitors, assist them promptly, answer telephones in a customer-friendly manner, collect and verify accurate patient information, enter data into the registration system, receive payments, and complete charge slips for data entry. As a team player, you will perform all duties required or assigned to provide quality patient care and uphold the policies and procedures of Hillcrest Healthcare System.

Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED (required)
- Previous customer service experience (preferred)
- Previous medical office experience (preferred)
