Patient Services Manager - Full Time

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee the patient food services team in an acute care setting, establishing goals based on medical directives and patient needs.
• Hire, train, coach, and develop staff to ensure high-quality service.
• Ensure compliance with dietary restrictions, regulatory standards, HIPAA, and patient rights.
• Collaborate in patient satisfaction initiatives, department meetings, and quality improvement programs.

Qualifications & Skills

• Associate or bachelor’s degree in food service or related field; certifications such as Certified Dietary Manager, Registered Diet Technician, or Registered Dietitian preferred.
• Experience in food service management, especially in healthcare, is favored.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office, electronic medical records, and diet systems.
• ServSafe® certification is desirable.
