Patient Services Manager - Full Time

We are seeking a Patient Services Manager to oversee patient dining operations within a healthcare setting. The role involves managing food service activities, leading staff to ensure proper meal preparation and delivery, and conducting rounds to monitor patient satisfaction. Responsibilities include supervising tray line and room service programs, overseeing sanitation and safety compliance, and maintaining positive client relationships. The manager will leverage coaching techniques to develop team performance, recognize employee achievements, and ensure operational excellence. Additional duties encompass financial management, including maintaining budgets and achieving financial targets, as well as ensuring productivity through efficient operations and cost controls. Compliance with safety, health, and regulatory standards is essential. Qualifications Include At least two years of patient food service experience, with some management experience preferred.Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience. This position primarily supports a second-shift schedule, with responsibilities to support weekend and on-call needs. The role requires strong leadership, communication, and operational skills to deliver high-quality patient meals and excellent service.
