Patient Services Ambassador, Part-time (Aultman Hospital)

About the Role

AVI Foodsystems at Aultman Hospital is seeking a Patient Services Ambassador. This position manages the delivery of patient dining.

Pay

• Great starting rate of $15.00/hr on weekdays
• $16.00/hr on weekends
• Continual opportunities to make more money

Responsibilities

• Use an IPAD to enter meal orders and communicate menu choices to patients
• Serve patient meals accurately and in a timely manner
• Promote the highest levels of quality and service

Requirements

• Excellent customer service skills
• Desire to work in a fast-paced environment
• Holidays are required
• Rotating weekends required
• Must be able to walk and/or stand for long periods of time
• Professional appearance required
• Healthcare experience not required; there is NO moving or repositioning of the patient
