Patient Service Specialist (PSS)

Responsibilities

• Process referrals and schedule patients
• Complete the intake process and data entry
• Insurance verification and authorization
• Collects patient responsibility at each visit
• Arrives and schedules patients
• Billing reports and closing report
• Other tasks as needed

Requirements

• Organized, detail-oriented
• Flexible and able to work well with others or independently
• Self-starter with excellent customer service skills
• Ability to work in multiple outpatient clinics

Qualifications

• Preferred candidate with customer service experience
• Knowledge of insurance verification
• Experience in healthcare, medical, or dental office administration

Benefits

• Varying hours between Monday - Friday 7am - 7pm
• Per diem (as needed)
• Travel to multiple outpatient clinics including Denton, Argyle, Coppell, The Colony, Aubrey, Prosper, Frisco, Grapevine, Southlake
