Through our growing network of services and partners, we are building a model that reduces complexity, supports caregivers, and reimagines how at home healthcare is delivered across the U.S. The Patient Service Specialist (PSS) is primarily responsible for coordinating all functions necessary for an efficient and productive flow of patients between check-in, treatment, and check-out. This position is a point-of-contact for all non-clinical patient services between the administrative offices for Comprehensive Therapy and Rehab (CTR) and the clinical office. The PSS will also assist with some day-to-day clinical operations to assist the therapist during patient care. Duties Greet patients and provide outstanding customer serviceAnswer phonesElectronic schedulingData entryVerify current personal and financial information as neededMaintain patient charts and electronic medical recordsFaxing, filing, and performing any other duties as assignedCleaning equipmentAssist Respiratory Therapists, Physical Therapists, and Physical Therapy Assistants as neededTraining and mentoring other CTR Patient Service Specialists Qualifications High school graduate or equivalent1+ years of previous medical front office experience or equivalentProficient telephone skillsProficient in Word and ExcelPrevious experience with medical software preferredClose attention to detailProficient time management and organizational skillsTeam player with a focus on excellent customer serviceValid Driver’s licenseCPR Certification Job Type: Full-time Work Location: In person
