Accountabilities

  • Delivers friendly, consistent, and reliable customer service to patients, visitors, and healthcare team members.
  • Supports daily clinic operations by managing administrative tasks and helping maintain an organized care environment.
  • Aids patients and families with general inquiries, scheduling-related needs, and administrative processes.
  • Assists clinical teams and administrative leaders with accurate and timely support.
  • Maintains patient information and documentation with attention to accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance requirements.
  • Collaborates with patients, care teams, and internal departments to support smooth workflows.
  • Contributes to a collaborative workplace culture focused on teamwork, compassion, and quality service.

Requirements

  • Service-oriented professional with strong organizational skills and experience supporting patients, customers, or administrative operations.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required, with coursework or training in administrative, healthcare, or medical sciences preferred.
  • Proven customer service experience with the ability to communicate professionally and empathetically.
  • Previous experience in a clinical, healthcare, or administrative setting preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information appropriately.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with healthcare professionals, patients, and administrative teams.
  • Comfortable using standard office technology and administrative systems.
