- Maintains patient information and documentation with attention to accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance requirements.
- Collaborates with patients, care teams, and internal departments to support smooth workflows.

Requirements
- Service-oriented professional with strong organizational skills and experience supporting patients, customers, or administrative operations.
- High school diploma or equivalent required, with coursework or training in administrative, healthcare, or medical sciences preferred.
- Proven customer service experience with the ability to communicate professionally and empathetically.
- Previous experience in a clinical, healthcare, or administrative setting preferred.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
