Patient Service Representative - Pulmonology (P/T Days)

About the role

The Patient Service Representative (PSR) is the first point of contact for patients and visitors. The PSR ensures that the patient experience is positive and seamless by managing front desk operations and workflows.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Preferred: One year of applicable medical office experience.
• New hire must attend Clinic Core Front Desk Training through Clinical Education.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (required for both PSR and Advanced PSR roles).
• Current Patient Service Representatives moving to the Advanced title must complete both Patient Service Representative and Advanced PR competencies prior to promotion.
