Patient Service Representative - Hepatology (P/T Days)

About the role

The Patient Service Representative (PSR) is the first point of contact for patients and visitors. The PSR ensures that the patient experience is positive and seamless by managing front‑desk operations and workflows.

Requirements

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent
• Preferred experience: One year of applicable medical office experience

Training

All new hires must attend Clinic Core Front Desk Training through Clinical Education. Every new employee is hired directly into this role.

Advanced Patient Service Representative (Internal Only)

Current Patient Service Representatives who are moving to the Advanced title on the career ladder must complete both Patient Service Rep and Advanced PR competencies prior to promotion.
