Patient Service Representative - Nephrology (F/T Days)

About the role

The Patient Service Representative (PSR) is the first point of contact for patients and visitors. The PSR ensures that the patient experience is positive and seamless by managing front desk operations and workflows.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for patients and visitors
• Manage front desk operations and workflows

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• One year of applicable medical office experience (preferred)
• New hires must attend Clinic Core Front Desk Training through Clinical Education

All new hires are placed into the Patient Service Representative role. Internal candidates may advance to Advanced Patient Service Representative by completing both Patient Service Rep and Advanced PR competencies.
