About the role
Greet patients at our imaging centers and assist with scheduling, registration, and maintaining medical records.
Responsibilities
- Schedule and register patients for appointments
- Maintain medical records and patient information
- Assist patients with their imaging needs
- Ensure patient satisfaction and comfort
Requirements
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Background in healthcare preferred
- Experience with Eclinical Works Practice Management System preferred
- Strong organizational skills
Qualifications
- Service-oriented and considerate of patient conditions
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Attention to detail and accuracy in record keeping
Skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Knowledge of medical terminology and procedures
