Patient Service Rep- Neurology
About the role
This position is responsible for greeting customers, providing information, and communicating with other departments. Responsible for appointment scheduling.
Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum of one year experience in customer service
- Six (6) months experience in a health care setting and office equipment preferred
- Current BLS certificate
Pay
A reasonable compensation estimate for this role, which includes estimated wages, benefits, and other forms of compensation, is $17.20 to $24.26. The exact starting compensation to be offered will be determined at the time of selecting an applicant for hire, in which a wide range of factors will be considered, including but not limited to, skillset, years of applicable experience, education, credentials and licensure.
