Patient Service Coordinator - Full Time

About the role

Blue Cloud is a leading pediatric Ambulatory Surgery Center (ASC) company, focusing on dental restorative and exodontia surgery for pediatric and special needs patients under general anesthesia. We aim to provide safe, quality, and affordable care to families and payors through our growing network of ASCs. This position offers an excellent working environment with a supportive clinical team including Dentists, Anesthesiologists, Registered Nurses, and more.

Responsibilities

• Greet and register patients and family members
• Manage appointments and daily schedule
• Provide appropriate forms and informational documents to patients and their families
• Escalate any issues, questions, or calls to the appropriate parties

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 2 to 3 years of customer service experience in high-volume dental or medical office setting
• Strong critical thinking and analytical skills
• Clear and effective communication skills
• Computer skills including word processing and spreadsheet
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
