Patient Service Coordinator - Full Time
About the role
Blue Cloud is a leading pediatric Ambulatory Surgery Center (ASC) company, focusing on dental restorative and exodontia surgery for pediatric and special needs patients under general anesthesia. We aim to provide safe, quality, and affordable care to families and payors through our growing network of ASCs. This role is open to a Patient Service Coordinator to join our dedicated care teams.
Responsibilities
- Greet and register patients and family members
- Manage appointments and daily schedule
- Manage and provide patients and their families with appropriate forms and informational documents
- Provide customer service
- Escalate any issues, questions, or calls to the appropriate parties
Requirements and Qualifications
- A High School Diploma or equivalent
- 2 to 3 years of customer service experience in high-volume dental or medical office setting
- Strong critical thinking and analytical skills, clear communication, and computer skills including word processing and spreadsheets
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
- Strong background in patient care environment
