About the role
The role is responsible for managing a team of researchers and overseeing projects related to advanced data analytics.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the development and implementation of complex data analytics models.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project goals are met within budget and timeline.
- Lead team meetings and provide regular performance feedback.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with external partners and stakeholders.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field.
- Minimum 7 years of relevant experience in data analytics or a closely related field.
- Proven track record of leading and mentoring a team.
- Experience with data modeling, machine learning, and statistical analysis tools.
Qualifications
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Skills
- Proficiency in Python, R, and SQL.
- Knowledge of data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
- Experience with cloud-based platforms like AWS or Google Cloud.
