Work Schedule
Full‑time, 100% FTE, day shift. Monday through Friday between 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM. Hours may vary based on the operational needs of the department.
Pay

Responsibilities
- Facilitate and coordinate the care of patients through effective and timely scheduling.
- Schedule complex appointments that require coordination of multiple resources for surgical and non‑surgical procedures.
- Evaluate scheduling policies and procedures.
- Take incoming phone calls from patients and their families to assist with appointment scheduling needs.
- Act as a liaison with leadership to determine scheduling resource needs.
Qualifications
- No minimum education required.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Preferred: Associate's Degree or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Healthcare, or a related field.
- Preferred: 1 year of previous experience working in an office or customer service environment.
- Required: 1 year or more of electronic medical scheduling experience.
