About the Role
As a Patient Safety Associate (PSA) with Main Line Health, you would provide 1:1 care and monitoring to patients who require suicide precautions or close observation. If, at the start of your shift, there are no patients requiring 1:1 observation, you would be reassigned to assist the Transport and/or Environmental Services Department. Ultimately, you are a critical part in keeping our patients safe.
Schedule
- Full Time, 3 12-hour shifts per week
- Days (7AM–7PM) or Nights (7PM–7AM)
- Weekends: 2 out of 4 weekends, Days (7AM–7PM) or Nights (7PM–7AM)
Responsibilities
- Provide 1:1 care and monitoring to patients who require suicide precautions or close observation
- Assist the Transport and/or Environmental Services Department when no patients require 1:1 observation at the start of your shift
Education
- High School Graduate or Equivalent required
Experience
- Related Healthcare experience preferred
