Department: Admissions/Bus. Office • Shift: Night

Responsibilities

• Accurately collect and input computer data related to the revenue cycle.
• Improve customer satisfaction.
• Maintain a minimum standard of productivity that meets performance and quality standards while performing multiple jobs.
• Assist with training new employees or implementing new processes.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent plus one year of related experience, or an Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in a health‑care field.
• Customer service and computer skills required.

Schedule

Working Hours: Thurs 11p‑5a, Fri‑Sun 5p‑5a

Authorized 80.00 hours bi‑weekly.
