About the role
Department: Admissions/Bus. Office. Shift: PRN. Working Hours: DAILY BASE. Authorized 0.01 hours bi‑weekly.
Responsibilities
- Accurate collection and input of computer data related to revenue cycle.
- Improve customer satisfaction.
- Maintain minimum standard of productivity meeting performance and quality standards while performing multiple jobs.
- Assist with training new employees or implementing new processes.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent plus one year related experience, or an Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a health care field.
- Customer service skills.
- Computer skills.
