About the role

This position supports the revenue cycle by collecting and inputting computer data, aims to improve customer satisfaction, maintains productivity standards, and assists with training new employees and implementing new processes.

Responsibilities

• Accurate collection and input of computer data related to revenue cycle
• Improve customer satisfaction
• Maintain minimum productivity standards that meet performance and quality standards while performing multiple jobs
• Assist with training new employees
• Assist with implementing new processes

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent plus one year of related experience, or an Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in a health care field

Schedule

Shift: Varies. Working Hours: Every Saturday and Sunday, 9 AM to 7 PM. Authorized 40.00 hours bi‑weekly.
