Responsibilities

• Accurate collection and input of computer data related to revenue cycle.
• Improve customer satisfaction.
• Maintain a minimum standard of productivity that meets performance and quality standards while performing multiple jobs.
• Assist with training new employees or implementing new processes.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent plus one year related experience or Associates or Bachelor degree in the health care field.

Skills

Customer service and computer skills required.

Schedule

Shift: PRN. Working Hours: As needed Monday - Sunday, Days, Evenings, Overnight. This job will be authorized 0.01 hours bi-weekly.
