Patient Registration Specialist / Customer Service Representative (CSR)

About the role

JMA Pediatrics is hiring a full-time, on-site Customer Service Representative (CSR) to handle day-to-day tasks such as assisting patients and their families with inquiries, managing appointment scheduling, and delivering exceptional customer service to ensure patient satisfaction. The CSR will also maintain accurate patient records, address real-time concerns, and deliver a seamless customer experience to achieve positive patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• Customer Service, Customer Support, and Customer Satisfaction skills
• Experience in enhancing Customer Experience
• Strong problem-solving abilities and patience
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in relevant computer systems and software
• Positive attitude and ability to enhance teamwork at JMA Pediatrics
• Previous experience in a healthcare setting is beneficial
• High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in a relevant field is a plus
