About the role
FHC is seeking a full-time Patient Registration position at the Omak Clinic. The ideal candidate must be bilingual in English and Spanish.
Responsibilities
- Handle patient registration and check-in procedures
- Communicate effectively with patients and staff members
- Ensure accuracy in patient information entry
- Provide excellent customer service
- Resolve customer concerns and inquiries
Requirements
- High School graduate or GED equivalent
- Excellent phone skills
- Ability to spell and use a computer
- Able to handle stress and multitask
