About the role

Saint Alphonsus in Ontario, OR is seeking a dynamic, organized, and ambitious individual to join our team as a Patient Registration Manager!

Responsibilities

  • Lead, guide, and direct the functional responsibilities within all areas of Patient Access and Registration for the Boise hospital.
  • Address external business and regulatory issues through ministry strategies and provide expertise for the team on service standards.
  • Ensure consistent operating performance and achieve financial goals for the ministry.
  • Identify and solve complex problems that impact the direction of the business.
  • Collaborate with other service areas and ministries to remain aligned with strategy, industry development, and operating standards.
  • This Full-Time position will have a schedule of Monday – Friday from 8:00AM – 5:00PM. The individual must be present on all shifts within the department in any given month.
  • The primary workstation for this role will be at the Ontario hospital located at 351 SW 9th St, Ontario, OR 97914.

Requirements

  • Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business, Finance, or a related field of study or equivalent combination of education & / or experience.
  • Three (3) to Five (5) years of leadership experience within Patient Access.
  • Five (5) years of relevant experience in functional areas of Patient Access such as Registration, Insurance Verification/Financial Clearance, Financial Counseling, or other relevant experience.
  • Obtain national certification in HFMA CHFP or CRCR or NAHAM CHAM within one (1) year of hire.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business, Finance, or a related field of study or equivalent combination of education & / or experience.

  • Monitor and report key performance metrics, ensuring value delivery and operational excellence.
  • Provide leadership across the full colleague life cycle while maintaining compliance with all legal, regulatory, and organizational guidelines.
