About the role
The System Patient Access Manager leads and oversees outpatient, inpatient, and emergency department registration to ensure a seamless and compassionate access experience for every patient, every day. This role is fully onsite, Monday-Friday, with occasional evening and weekend responsibilities.
Responsibilities
- Provides leadership and operational oversight for all assigned Revenue Cycle Services teams.
- Supports diverse registration teams across multiple access points.
- Ensures high quality standardized work processes that result in consistent outcomes.
- Manages personnel and financial resources efficiently and productively.
- Collaborates with ER Leaders, Inpatient Unit Leaders, Utilization Management, Social Work, and other SPA Managers.
- Empowers staff to perform at their best while fostering a positive and inclusive work environment.
- Manages within the confines of a budget and promotes continuous performance improvement.

Qualifications
- Undergraduate degree preferred.
- At least three years of experience with hospital or physician billing.
- Strong knowledge of healthcare billing terminology concepts and processes.
- Effective knowledge of business and reimbursement management.
- Strong interpersonal, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Organizational and management skills to achieve performance expectations.
- Ability to promote teamwork and develop team members.
- Passionate commitment to continuous performance improvement.

Pay
Salary range: $75,000 - $95,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
Schedule
Full-time, Monday-Friday, day shift with occasional evening and weekend responsibilities.
