Responsibilities
- Develop and implement patient recruitment & retention (PRR) and decentralized clinical trial (DCT) strategies
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to integrate PRR and DCT into clinical trials
- Champion innovative PRR methods and DCTs to promote best practices internally
- Identify and evaluate technologies and vendors to support PRR and DCT implementation
- Manage feasibility assessments and protocol adaptations for PRR & DCT
- Monitor and analyze PRR & DCT performance metrics using data analytics tools
- Proactively manage risks associated with PRR & DCTs to ensure patient safety
Qualifications
- Doctorate degree with 2 years or Master's degree with 4 years of relevant experience in clinical research or related field
- 5+ years of experience in clinical development or patient recruitment within pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or healthcare industries
- Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing patient recruitment and retention strategies
- Strong cross-functional collaboration skills, able to influence without direct authority
- Familiarity with ICH-GCP and clinical trial operations, regulations, and patient privacy requirements
- Proficient in using data and metrics to inform decision-making
