Demonstrates professionalism within communication and interactions with patients and staff, sensitivity to confidential matters, familiarity with medical terminology, and the ability to problem-solve.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent (required)
• Associate Degree in Business or Health related field (preferred)
• Knowledge of ICD-10 and CPT-4 coding (preferred)

Qualifications

• 1 to 2 years Healthcare/Hospital experience (preferred)
• 1 to 2 years Customer service experience (preferred)
• Ability to type 35 words per minute (preferred)
• Certification of Patient Accounts (preferred)
