Job Responsibilities

  • Benefit Verification for Insurance Changes, Therapy Changes & Dose Changes
  • New / ReAuthorization under new insurance plan for insurance changes
  • New / ReAuthorizations for drug or dose changes under existing plan
  • Update payor information and binoculars in CPR and CareTend
  • Update existing orders to show the correct payor in CPR and CareTend
  • CCX Monthly Verifications
  • Manage internal email communication to and from other departments
  • Attend to Urgent / Same Day Requests
  • Other duties as assigned
  • Physical Demands

    • Regularly required to talk and listen
    • Absolutely required to lift files, open filing cabinets and bend or stand as necessary
    • Occasionally required to lift office products and supplies of up to 20 pounds
