Patient Experience Consultant - Patient & Guest Experience

SUMMARY OF POSITION

Serve as an organizational leader for Patient Experience by acting as an internal consultant, providing expert knowledge of best practices and identifying and implementing performance improvement projects as identified through data trending and analysis. Serves as organizational lead person for assigned Patient Experience processes and initiatives and is responsible for patient and family engagement within assigned service lines.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATION(S)

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Minimum two (2) years relevant experience required

PREFERRED QUALIFICATION(S)

• Healthcare patient advocacy experience preferred
