Responsibilities
- Coaches direct care providers to build a foundation of service excellence and set high expectations.
- Identifies improvement opportunities and implements changes.
- Deliberately practices evidence-based best practices and sustains results.
- Collaborates with hospital leaders to develop, implement, and improve the Patient Experience for patients.
- Measures and analyzes the results of the coaching provided and provides feedback and reports progress to Facility Executives, Network Patient Experience Leaders, and HR Talent Development Leaders.
- Teaches best practice Patient Experience concepts to leaders and staff through various methods including classroom, workshops, and project-based coaching.
- Uses evidence-based information to provide new knowledge and shape practice when applicable.
- Provides individual coaching to persons identified by formal and opinion leaders.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or 4 years' work-related experience in healthcare or a related field.
- Masters or advanced degree or equivalent in a healthcare field or related discipline.
- 2 years of coaching, delivering presentations, and interacting with management groups.
- 5 years of coaching, delivering presentations, and interacting with management groups.
- Current, valid State of Arizona or Compact State Registered Nurse license upon hire.
- Related healthcare certification and/or license upon hire.
- DDI Coaching for Peak Performance certification upon hire.
Qualifications
Must reside in Arizona.
