About the role

The Patient Coach/Observer at Northeast Rehabilitation Hospital Network (NRHN) supports the organization's mission and values by assisting the rehabilitation team in creating a safe and therapeutic environment for patients. This role involves monitoring patients and ensuring their safety throughout the rehabilitation process.

Responsibilities

• Assist the rehabilitation team in providing a safe and therapeutic environment for patients.
• Maintain patient safety during the rehabilitation process, either at bedside or via remote video monitoring.

Qualifications

• Ability to bend, lift, or assist with transfers and ambulation.
• Ability to navigate software.
• Ability to multi-task.
• Dependable, conscientious, and sincere interest.
• Able to relate well to others and work with patients of all ages.
