About the role

Provides 24/7 emergency care and ambulatory services to patients in need. Responsibilities include triaging calls, coordinating patient transport, and managing urgent medical situations.

Responsibilities

• Triage incoming calls and dispatch appropriate medical personnel
• Coordinate patient transport to hospitals or other medical facilities
• Manage urgent medical situations and provide initial treatment as necessary
• Document all interactions and incidents for record-keeping and reporting

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in healthcare or related field
• Current certification in Basic Life Support (BLS)
• Experience in emergency medical services or similar field
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
