About the role
Patient Escorts provide transportation services for patients and visitors within the hospital. This is a full-time position.
Responsibilities
- Transport patients and visitors safely and efficiently
- Ensure patient safety and comfort during transport
- Provide assistance to patients and visitors as needed
- Follow all hospital policies and procedures
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver’s license
- Good physical condition and ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Ability to work evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays
Qualifications
- Experience in a customer service or healthcare setting preferred
- Excellent communication skills
- Pass a background check
