Security Professional Hospital - Lobby Concierge

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to our clients by carrying out safety and security procedures, site-specific policies and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter.
• Work environments and conditions may vary by client site.
• Welcome employees, visitors, and guests to campus.
• Effectively utilize the Visitor Management System (VMS) to ensure a smooth check-in process.
• Provide excellent customer service, actively engage with each individual.

Requirements

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Possess and maintain an appropriate state-required security certification (“Guard Card”), or be able to obtain one upon employment.
• One (1) year of experience in a corporate office setting.
• Ability to interact cordially and communicate with the public.
• Work effectively under high stress situations.
• Attention to detail and ability to prioritize and multitask.
• Contributing positively as part of a team, helping out with various tasks.
