Patient Engagement Lead - Global Clinical Trial Recruitment and Retention

About the role

For our client, we are seeking a Patient Engagement Lead - Global Clinical Trial Recruitment and Retention to join the team of a leader in the Healthcare space. This role will lead patient engagement efforts that support global clinical trial recruitment and retention initiatives. You will partner closely with functional leaders, solution partners, and internal stakeholders to address enrollment challenges, strengthen participant communication, and support study execution. The position combines operational coordination, community outreach, and data-driven decision-making to improve patient participation and study progress.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available.

Pay

$100,000 – $120,000 annually

Responsibilities

• Lead discussions and collaborate with functional area leads to resolve patient enrollment issues
• Compile and interpret data to inform business decisions and document solutions
• Oversee quality control of study work and manage community outreach activities
• Coordinate operations with solution partners, ensuring effective meeting management and progress tracking
• Develop and review the participant engagement plan and oversee patient recruitment materials
• Act as the main point of contact for project communications and updates
• Identify suitable solution partners and manage vendor-related issues

Qualifications

• BA/BS in biological sciences or a related healthcare field, such as RN
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software
• Strong presentation and interpersonal skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
• Ability to multitask under tight deadlines with a strong focus on detail
• Adaptable to change and capable of working independently and collaboratively
